Privacy Policy

Takamul Alamal Almutawira Company respects the privacy of its visitors and clients and complies with the Personal Data Protection Law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and its implementing regulations. This policy explains what we collect, how we use and protect it, and what rights you have.

1. What we collect

a. Information you give us

  • Your name, mobile number and email address when you complete a contact or quote form.
  • Your company or business name and the project details you choose to share.
  • Any correspondence by WhatsApp, phone or email.

The quote form does not send your data to any server of ours or to any intermediary service. When you press send, your browser composes a WhatsApp message on your own device, and nothing reaches us until you press send inside WhatsApp yourself.

b. Information collected automatically

  • General browsing data: device type, browser, pages visited and time on site.
  • Referral source, such as a search engine, an advert or an external link.
  • Partially anonymised IP address for statistical analysis.

2. How we use your data

  • To answer your enquiry and prepare a quote.
  • To deliver and support the services you have contracted.
  • To improve site content and usability from aggregated statistics.

We do not use your data to send unsolicited marketing, and we never sell or rent it.

3. Sharing with third parties

We share personal data only in these cases:

  • Technical service providers used to run the site (hosting and analytics), and only to the minimum needed for their function.
  • WhatsApp, as the messaging channel you send your request through, in which case the message is also subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy.
  • Competent government bodies upon a lawful request or court order.
  • With your explicit consent in specific cases explained to you in advance.

4. Cookies

The site may use essential cookies to function and analytical cookies to understand how visitors use it. You can configure your browser to refuse cookies, noting that this may affect some functionality.

5. Data protection

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures, including encrypted connections over HTTPS, access restricted to authorised staff on a need-to-know basis, and regular backups.

6. Retention

We keep quote request data for up to 24 months from last contact, and contracted client data for as long as legal and accounting obligations require. After that it is deleted or anonymised.

7. Your rights

Under the Personal Data Protection Law you have the right to know what we collect and why, to access your data and obtain a copy, to correct it, and to request its deletion where no legal obligation requires us to keep it.
