• Ownership of a client project's code and designs transfers in full to the client once final payment is made.
• We may display a project in our portfolio only with the client's prior written permission.

3. Quotes and contracting

• The site does not publish fixed prices; each project is priced in a written quote after we review its requirements.
• A quote is valid for 30 days from issue unless stated otherwise.
• Work begins after the quote is approved, the first instalment is paid, and the required materials are received from the client.
• Anything outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before it is carried out.

4. Client responsibilities

• Providing content, images and brand materials in the agreed format and time.
• Nominating a single person authorised to approve stages, which is what keeps a schedule on track.
• Ensuring the client owns the rights to any material supplied to us.

5. Timelines

Stated timelines assume materials and approvals arrive on time. Delay in approving a stage extends the schedule by the same period.

6. Warranty and support

• We fix programming defects free of charge for the support period stated in the contract.
• The warranty does not cover changes made by the client or a third party after handover, nor issues caused by external hosting.

7. Limitation of liability

We do not guarantee any specific ranking position in search engines, as that is outside our control. We commit to the agreed technical standard and methodology.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and any dispute is subject to the competent Saudi courts.
